Dr. Rob Watkins

Dr. Rob Watkins is a native of the Fort Myers area. He graduated from Fort Myers High School in 1986 and went on to attend Edison Community College and Florida State University for his Pre-Medical Studies. He attended Life University – School of Chiropractic for his Chiropractic doctorate degree and graduated in 1992.

Driven by a Passion for Relieving Pain and Enhancing Lives

Dr. Watkins graduated from Life University Chiropractic College in 1992. Also attended: Florida State University, and Edison College. Additional degrees: National College – Physiotherapy, Erhardt Radiological Science, Florida Workman’s Compensation Certified, AMA Disability and Impairment Rating Certified.

Public service and education are two of the many goals that Dr. Watkins strives to attain. Over the past 3 decades, he served as the Director and Past President of the Lee County Chiropractic Society which requires him to be the voice for the region on the Board of Directors of the Florida Chiropractic Association. He served on the Board of Athletic Trainers in the past, as appointed by Gov. Jeb Bush.

Dr. Watkins also enjoys conducting educational workshops throughout the Ft. Myers and LaBelle areas. He also enjoys being an active member of the Estero-S. Ft. Myers Lion’s Club.

Dr. Watkins and his staff are very excited to be able to serve the Ft. Myers & LaBelle communities of Lee and Hendry County Florida. We want you to know that we pride ourselves on trying to make chiropractic a pleasant experience for you and your family. You may expect to be treated like family when visiting this office. To accomplish the correction of your condition, we will analyze your individual needs and develop a plan to help you reach this goal. Along the way, we will check to see how your condition is progressing and that the cause of your problem, if not yet completely eliminated, is well on its way.

Dr. Danielle Zappile

Originally from New Jersey, Dr. Danielle Zappile earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Sherman College in 2009.

Dedicated to Restoring Comfort and Renewing Quality of Life

Dr. Zappile began her career as an associate doctor in Miami and later served as a clinic director in Alabama, where she worked closely with medical doctors in multidisciplinary settings. After relocating to Southwest Florida, she founded what is now Southwest Florida Neuropathy—a specialty clinic focused on helping patients overcome nerve pain and chronic spine conditions without drugs or surgery. Her care approach is shaped by years of hands-on experience and a practical, results-driven philosophy.

Dr. Rebecca Chase-Pena

Dr. Chase-Pena is a chiropractic physician with a passion for eliminating neuromuscular pain and dysfunction. A graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic in July 2017, she previously earned a Master of Science in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University in December 2012.

Healing with Heart, Expertise, and a Holistic Touch

A South Florida native and U.S.M.C. veteran, Dr. Rebecca began her holistic career as a licensed massage therapist in 1998 and went on to earn her Master's in Counseling and Doctorate in Chiropractic. She is proficient in a variety of chiropractic techniques, including Diversified, Gonstead, Thompson, Logan, and Neuromuscular therapy.

Dr. Rebecca treats her patients like family and enjoys staying fit through jogging and hiking.

Dr. Sam Watkins

Dr. Watkins (Uncle Sam) served as a covering physician in our Ft. Myers and LaBelle offices. He originally practiced in the downtown Fort Myers area and served the community in that location for over 50 years. He also served as a well-respected mentor to many other chiropractors in Lee County. Though currently retired, Dr. Sam will always hold a special place in our office family!

Kids are always welcome in our office. Dr. Rob thoroughly enjoys teaching children about their health while entertaining them. In fact, Dr. Rob, or as some of the pre-schooler’s at his church know him as “Silly Rob”, serves as a volunteer each month and during VBS teaching the children with just plain silliness and animal balloons.
